2. Digital Goods & Web-Shop Purchases

If an order on pay.xukastudio.com or inside our mobile apps fails to deliver credited Gems or Spins within 15 minutes, our automated ACID Ledger or support desk at support@xukastudio.com provides a 100% instant re-credit or full refund within 3-5 business days.
